Registration is required for all congress participants.  You may complete your registration either Online or by using Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form.  Accommodation details are required in order to process your registration.

Registration applications received after October 3rd, 2008 will not be processed.  Attendees should apply on-site for registration after this date.

    Please note that transportation services between the exclusive congress hotels and the airport are only provided to the participants who have made their accommodation reservations by the congress secretariat.

    Confirmation
    Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.  Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process.  Registration applications and payments sent after October 3rd, 2008 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.
      
    REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
    The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about all cancellation and registration requests.  Please include your account details in your application.

    Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows

  • 100% of the registration fee minus an administrative fee of 100 EUR will be refunded in cancellations within August 1, 2008.
  • No refunds will be available in cancellation requests received after August 1, 2008.

    • All refunds will be processed after the ENEA 2008 Congress. Please send your exact bank account details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

    PAYMENT
    All payments should be made in EUR.  Payments can be made using one of the stated methods below:

    1. Online Registration:
    Upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card which the fess will be debited.

    Please note that American Express cards can not be processed.

    2. Wire (Bank) Transfer:
    The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges.  Please make sure to indicate participant’s name and all below details during transfer.  A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide with registration form to +90 212 343 80 23

    Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.
