THE
VENUE
ENEA 2008 will be organized at Kervansaray Hotel Lara and
its Convention Center in Antalya. The delegates of the ENEA 2008
will drop the weariness of meetings taking benefit from all
activities available in the hotel, relaxing and enjoying
themselves as well as an effective and flowless congress
right from the moment they arrive at Kervansaray Hotel Lara.
It has a 65.000 m2 area of glass with postmodern architectur
and surrounded with 1.500 m2 of pools. It is only 10 minutes
away from both Antalya Airport and 20 minutes from Antalya City Center.

VISA PROCEDURES
Please check with your travel agent whether you require an entry visa
for to Turkey. Most visitor visas are obtainable for a fee on arrival
at the airport, but it is advisable to check in sufficient time before
departure.You can also find this information on the website of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affiars at www.mfa.gov.tr .
BANKS AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE
In Turkey the currency is the New Turkish Lira (YTL). Foreign currencies can be exchanged at the airport as well as at the private exchange offices throughout the city which are open from 8:30 to 20:00 hrs. Local banks, where Traveler's cheques and Eurocheques can be cashed, serve between 8:30 and 17:00 hrs. All major credit cards (such as Visa, MasterCard). are accepted in most of the Turkish restaurants ,shops etc.
INSURANCE
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accomodation, cancellation and personal effects.
