ACCOMMODATION
The Congress Secretariat has made special rated reservations in different hotels, including the Congress Venue Hotel, Kervansaray Lara. Making reservations at an earlier stage is advised to guarantee accommodation. Free Shuttle Services At The Congress Hotels:

Room reservations are handled on a first come-first served basis.

All breakfasts and dinners must be taken at the hotel that you accommodate in, except the welcome cocktail and the gala dinner.
Any extras should be paid directly to the hotel upon departure.
Fees are inclusive of %18 VAT. If any changes should occur in the stated VAT, they will be reflected to the fees stated above
Deadline for Advance Accommodation Reservation Requests: Friday,August 3rd , 2008
Please note that requests after this date will still be processed but your accommodation can not be guaranteed due to the unavailability of the hotel at this date. To avoid any inconveniences we recommend you to make your reservation at an earlier stage.
How to Make Accommodation Reservation:
Accommodation requests are processed only with the full payment of the stay. Reservations can be completed Online or by filling out the Registration & Accommodation Reservation From and sending it to the Congress Secretariat. You will be required a valid credit card for Online Accommodation Reservation. For written applications either a valid credit card may be used or wire (bank) transfer can be performed. Please read carefully the cancellation policy and payment terms below.

PAYMENT TERMS
All of the payments should be made in EUR. Payments can be made using one of the methods stated below.
1. Online Registration:
Upon providing your personal and accommodation details, you will be required a valid credit card which the total amount of your stay will be debited.

2. Wire (Bank) Transfer:
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges. Please make sure to indicate participant’s name and all below details during transfer. A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to TeamCon Congress Services Worldwide with registration form to +90 212 343 80 23
Please do not forget to bring a copy of the bank transaction statement as the proof of your payment.

Please fill out the required fields in the Registration & Accommodation Reservation Form, supply your credit card details and send the form to the Congress Secretariat. Upon receipt of your form, registration amount will be debited from your credit card.
VISA, EuroCard / MasterCard are accepted for the payments.
Please note that American Express cards can not be processed.
Confirmation of Accommodation Reservations:
Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment. Confirmations for online registration will be sent instantly while written registrations should be allowed business days for the process. Registration applications and payments sent after October 3rd, 2008 may not be confirmed in written form since the advance registration will be closed after this date.
CANCELLATION POLICY for INDIVIDUAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS
All the cancellations and changes of hotel reservations must be sent to the Congress Secretariat in written form.
Refund policy for the hotel reservations is as follows:

the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 10% for administrative charges |
| April 2nd - June 1st, 2008 |

the paid amount will be refunded with a penalty of 1 night accommodation fee. |
| June 2nd – Sept. 1st, 2008 |

the paid amount will be refunded with a penalty of 2 night accommodation fee. |

the amount of full stay will be forfeited and no refund will be available. |
All refunds will be processed after the ENEA 2008 Meeting. Please send your exact bank account details in your written cancellation application. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.
