Call for Abstracts
The Programme Organizing Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for evaluation and inclusion in the programme. All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the reviewers appointed by the Programme Organising Committee. A substantial number will be selected as oral presentations to be given within the framework of the oral communications sessions. All remaining accepted abstracts will be presented as posters.
Abstracts must be received by May 1st, 2008.
Please find below instructions for preparation of abstracts.
Style:
Abstracts must be written in English. The title must not exceed 150 characters and text must not exceed 2.500 characters, including blanks. Abstracts not conforming to these regulations will not be taken into consideration.
Conditions of Submission:
The content of the abstract must be original and must not have been published or presented previously at an international meeting.
Acknowledgment and Notification:
Successful submissions will be automatically confirmed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the submitters specified e-mail address. If you do not receive this notice within 7 days, please contact the congress secretariat.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent towards end of July, 2008.
Publication of Abstracts:
All accepted abstracts will be included in a CD, which will be distributed to all registered participants.
Poster Awards:
The Poster Committee will award four prizes (two basic and two clinical) to the best poster presentations.
